How to speed up innovation in your company?

How to speed up innovation in your company

16 June 2017, hosted by ComAp Research Center, Prague, Czech Republic

The next wave of innovation will come from companies that harness the transformational power that lies latent inside their organizations.

Research and practices have shown several methodologies to speed up innovation inside your company, such as Agile, Fastwork and Lean Management, as well as other startup and entrepreneur management styles.

This workshop will provide a set of case studies covering a range of innovation management processes, inspired by these methodologies. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about how and why each of these processes was adopted, and the issues to consider in implementing them.
Discussion sessions will identify practical steps to move an organisation towards a more entrepreneurial approach.

During this workshop, we will focus on the process and technic aspects of such new approaches. EIRMA members will have the opportunity to study the cultural aspects during the CTO Forum on 26 October 2017.
