The topic

This webinar will provide insights into a structured, flexible project management framework for managing R&D projects.

It will be illustrated using real-life examples from pharmaceutical R&D projects that have been directly impacted by armed conflict.

Attendees will learn how the process was implemented in two pharmaceutical companies, and the benefits realised from those implementations.

The speaker

Chris Shilling is responsible for Corporate Research for Pharma Diagnostics/Phoreon, an EIRMA member since 2014.

He has worked as an innovation project manager and leader in the Life Sciences sector for over 20 years, implementing project/knowledge management processes and managing new product development projects. Chris is EIRMA’s Programme Committee chair and member of the Responsible Innovation (RI) Task Force.
