So says Christof Ebert, managing director of Vector Consulting Services, who led an EIRMA Learning Group on the role of R&D in value creation in Antwerp in early October 2013.

In this video he outlines his four-step strategy for helping R&D departments understand what customers value, so that they can focuses on delivering incremental and breakthrough discoveries that serve those values.
