EIRMA OUTSTANDING “ISRAEL BUSINESS TOUR” WIND-UP

EIRMA and its members have concluded the very informative, educational and inspirational Business Tour of the “Israel Technology Wonder, soundly and most pleasantly.

Following the invitation by Alessandro Curioni (IBM Fellow, VP Europe and Africa and Director IBM Research) and Benno Tieke (Director Portfolio Management at Philips Ventures), we explored the principles and the means applied in one of the world’s most robust Technology Ecosystems, from a very early age, up to exercising in current times - for the overall welfare of humanity.

Along, we learned about practices applied and Technology Developments in Quantum computing, Health Care & Medical advancements, Water processing & Agricultural cutting edge Innovations (incl. mobile Nitrogen uptake from plants), Energy Efficiency know-how, State-of-the art Israel Technology Educational setup, Cyber Security: Manufacturing IT risks and safeguards (from the World’s market leaders & reference: Check Point Software Technologies), as well as an outstanding & futuristic outlook on the World’s next food rendering and production.

Learning from global leaders on how to leverage IP to grow high-tech businesses

Join the High-growth technology business conference

 

The High-growth technology business (HTB) conference will present and elaborate on insightful experiences on how intellectual property (IP) strategies are adopted by innovative enterprises, with a focus on SMEs and start-ups. It features two tracks:

  • The business track focuses on IP strategies – how IP can support business models effectively as well as IP enforcement and assessment.
  • The IP track provides guidance on IP management – how best practices clear the way to open innovation, use of patent information and market facilitators as well as risk management.

The conference has been designed by the Academy of the EPO (European Patent Office) and LESI (Licensing Executives Society International) to meet the needs of business decision-makers and IP professionals in small and medium-sized enterprises and their venture capital investors. It features four keynote lectures and eight plenary sessions.

This year, the conference will take place online:

  • 21 and 22 November 2022, 08:00-12:00 (CET)

Learning from global leaders on how to leverage IP to grow high-tech businesses

Join the High-growth technology business forums

The High-growth technology business (HTB) forums will present and elaborate on insightful live case studies of intellectual property (IP) strategies adopted by innovative enterprises, with a focus on SMEs and start-ups. In each of the forums, a global expert panel will guide the audience through the success story presented, take an in-depth look into how intellectual assets support the business case and provide takeaways for practical implementation.

The series of one-hour online events has been designed by the EPO (European Patent Office) and LESI (Licensing Executives Society International) to meet the needs of business decision-makers, venture capital investors and IP professionals in small and medium-sized enterprises. The forums will be held in a lively one-hour live-case study presentation format, plus an optional one-hour meet-the-speakers session.
