RECREATE stands for “REsearch network for forward looking activities and assessment of research and innovation prospects in the fields of Climate, Resource Efficiency and raw mATErials.”
It is a Coordination Action funded by the European Commission in the context of its FP7 programme. It is carried out by a consortium consisting of 16 key stakeholders from European research and industry and is led by the Joint Institute for Innovation Policy (JIIP).
In addition to the consortium members, RECREATE will also establish and manage a large network of key stakeholders in the fields of Climate Action, Resource Efficiency and Raw Materials. The project started in July 2013 and will run until June 2018.
